Sadly, the Bell’s insistence on using INAUTHENTIC flour tortillas for everything means that I’m pretty shit out of luck when it comes to menu items that aren’t the nachos. Which I would eat if cheese didn’t also hit me like a ton of exhaustion-filled bricks these days. (The other day I ate something with a little bit of casein in it and I had to go to bed for three hours almost immediately afterward. It was four in the afternoon.) (Ugh sorry I know this is so boring. Imagine how boring it is to me!)
There was a time a few months back when the Bell near my parents had corn tortilla tacos, and I ate them with steak and they were pretty OK! Cheap too. And I got nachos back then because my own personal cheese disaster hadn’t started yet.
