Tonight at the bar I heard the Drake/Rihanna collab and I kept wishing it was this song instead.

And I thought, since I’m really tired of bios for bands,” he says, “wouldn’t it be great just to tell Chuck to write whatever the hell he wanted as a bio for the band? So I wrote him an email and I said, ‘Chuck, would you do a bio for Delicate Steve? You don’t have to talk to the band and you don’t even have to hear the record.’ He wrote me back: ‘I don’t do bios.’ And then, 2 minutes later, he wrote back again: ‘Wait a minute. Do you mean I don’t have to talk to the band or listen to the record? That’s AWESOME! OK, I’ll do it!’

no but really
surely i am not the only person who watches bridezillas and who wonders what she did wrong to not be a crazy horrible demanding not-perfect-looking lady who somehow wound up not alone. i know i know that is not the way that things should be but come on who among us doesn’t hate-watch in a way that’s actually self-hate-watching, etc., etc.

uncomfortable things
writing about fashion week really gets the ‘why should i care about you when you wouldn’t care about me any other time of the year’ chip on my shoulder smarting

I'm tired of hearing about "indie" this and "indie" that... If an artist or band is on the Grammy's then they are NOT indie! As soon as you're on a label that has you touring cities doing shows to thousands of people, advertising all over the Internet, magazines, and elsewhere you're not "indie". For fuck's sake, as soon as you step onto that stage at the Grammy's you're no way in Hell "indie". These are all indicators of "mainstream". →
it probably doesn’t need to be said that this commenter has an ad for his album at the bottom of this comment
and he’s hosting his album on facebook
